Are you a youth development professional who designs or leads programs, or who makes policy decisions affecting youth at program, organization, community, or system levels? Do you puzzle over programmatic decisions or policy choices, trying to make all the pieces fit in order to foster positive growth, learning, and development of children and youth?
The University of Missouri (MU) Youth Development Academy provides youth development professionals with research-based education and resources for leading and engaging others in positive youth development. Participants gain a foundation of knowledge, skills, and competencies to lead, and support others in leading, high-quality youth programs in public, private, or civic sectors. more...
