This course is designed for business owners, managers, accountants, bankers, and consultants who need to know how to turn financial statements into useful management tools. At the end of this learning experience, you will be able to: identify key business information on income statements and balance sheets, know what key ratios indicate, why to use them and how they are calculated, and make better decisions for your business based on sound financial understanding.

A four-session series that provides people with type 2 diabetes, their family and friends, with tools for the self-management of diabetes. The series focuses on nutrition, the cornerstone of diabetes management, but also reviews other self-management strategies that can help individuals avoid diabetes complications. Food demonstrations and tasting are included.

A strength training program for middle-aged and older adults. The programs goal is to improve health and quality of life. Exercise sessions to improve strength and balance include warm-up exercises, strengthening exercises and cool-down stretches. An orientation and pre-assessment precede nine weeks of exercise sessions, and the program concludes with a post-assessment.
