Arthritis Exercise Class (Session 2 of 12)
When: Wednesday, May 15, 2013, 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Introduction to class, workshop overview. Each class is organized to include: Health Education, Joint check warm-up, Exercises for 35 minutes to include: Range of Motion & strengthening, Balance, endurance exercises; cool down and relaxation.
