Description:

This unique four-part “Supervisory Certificate Series” offers top-notch training for supervisors and managers in all industries including government, for-profit and non-profit organizations operating in southwest Missouri and northern Arkansas. The professional series will address the following topics: building effective relationships, legal responsibilities of a supervisor, communicating successfully, leading high-performance teams, coaching employees and guiding conflict resolution.

Part 1-Leading High Performance Teams Part 2-Guiding Conflict Resolution
Learn how to set team boundaries, communicate team expectations and recognize and resolve conflict quickly as you increase the commitment and performance of your employees.
