    On Farm Readiness Review - Yoder Farm

    On-farm produce safety is important to fruit and vegetable growers for a number of different reasons- to meet regulatory, sales venue, or buyer requirements and to ensure that they are selling the safest product possible. On-farm produce safety education may include training on the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), USDA Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), On Farm Readiness Reviews, training to sell in certain farmers markets, and other general on-farm produce safety education.
