Join grafting experts John Avery (MSU State Fruit Experiment Station) and Patrick Byers (MU Extension) for a hands-on demonstration of fruit tree grafting techniques. Participants are encouraged to bring apple scionwood from a favorite tree, as well as a sharp grafting tool. We will provide apple rootstocks, and participants will perform whip/tongue grafting and take home two apple trees. more...
