A Matter of Balance is an award winning program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase the activity levels of older adults who have concerns about falls. There will also be information on how to set realistic goals for increasing activity, as well as how to change their environment to reduce fall risk factors. The eight-session series helps participants learn to view falls and fear of falling as controllable. If you share these concerns and are interested in improving flexibility, balance and strength, this class is for you.

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy - Level 1 (Session 10 of 18)

There are 8 chapters in all and we will covering two chapters a night as well as answering any questions about bee keeping as they arise. Our instructors are Beekeepers. This is a program developed by the Pomme De Terre Beekeepers Association as we try to introduce patrons to the wonderful world of bees.
