Fair Board members meet to plan the events and contests for the Lafayette County 4-H/FFA fair held in Higginsville, MO. They review and edit the fairbook and entry forms and procedures, review livestock classes and align book and contests to state fair guidelines.
I assist fin facilitating the meetings, orienting new fairboard members, completing the proof of the fair book for publication and update the websites and communicate fair-related information to families.
