    Boost Your Brain and Memory (Session 4 of 8)

    Description:

    The class uses a whole-person approach that helps you form new habits to live a healthier lifestyle, remember things better, be more organized, pay closer attention and regulate your emotions. Each participant will receive a workbook including memory exercises, tips on nutrition and exercise, and summaries of evidence-based research on brain health.

    PSE Training with FNP program (Session 1 of 5)

    Description:

    Policy System and Environment training with the Family Nutrition Education Program. This training includes learning how to work with communities to learn what the needs might be and how to engage the right people to make a change in behavior through change in policies, systems or environments.

    Session topic:

    This session will be training on Frameworks for Healthy Communities. What are "Frameworks" and what are indicators of needed change and how to accomplish the change in behavior;.
