Private Pesticide Applicator Training - Pesticides and Water Quality in Carrollton
When: Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, 9 a.m. to noon

Ag producers needing to obtain or renew their private pesticide applicator license for purchase of restricted-use pesticides can attend the Private Pesticide Applicator Training being offered in Carrollton. This license is valid for five years and participants must be 18 or older to receive the license. Training will be given on safe and proper use of agricultural pesticides.
Contact the Carroll County Extension Center at (660) 542-1792 to reserve a seat, make accommodations due to a disability, or for more information.
Each household/family must own a Private Pesticide Applicator's Reference Manual (M87) to receive certification. The cost of the manual is $12. If you or an immediate family member already has a copy of the Reference Manual (2007 edition), please bring it to the training to waive the fee.
Inspiring Success All-Arts Council (Session 10 of 13)

To enrich the quality of life and advance economic growth in Lexington and surrounding communities through appreciation, promotion and development of the arts.
