    Over five million business people use Strategyzer’s proven methods to strategize, innovate, and grow in organizations around the world. You too can learn how in just two days.

    The Strategyzer workshop, previously offered only in Boston, Europe and Australia by world-renowned author Alex Osterwalder, is coming to Columbia, Missouri. Leading this exclusive workshop will be David Bland, a co-author on several of Osterwalder’s books.

    In a highly interactive and engaging format, participants acquire the tools and processes needed for world-class strategy and innovation through case studies such as Bayer, Bosch, Mastercard, and Amazon.

    Attendees learn to manage innovation, detect and prevent disruption, measure progress, business model mechanics, ideation of new business ideas with design thinking, develop value propositions, and more.

    Stay Strong, Stay Healthy - Level 1 (Session 11 of 16)

    Description:

    Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) aims to provide inactive middle-aged and older adults with access to a safe, structured and effective exercise program capable of building muscle and increasing bone density, thus decreasing frailty, osteoporosis and the risk of falls. SSSH helps participants meet the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s physical activity recommendations.

    SSSH challenges participants through incremental increases in exercise volume and intensity. Led by a certified instructor, participants complete a warmup, a prescribed set of upper- and lower-body strengthening exercises and a cool-down at each class. Participants are made to feel comfortable regardless of their current fitness level so they can safely participate and gradually build the strength beneficial to health.

    Session topic:

    Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is an 8-week strength training program geared towards individuals age 60+ who are looking for a challenge in their current fitness routine. Participants meet twice weekly for 8 weeks and complete upper and lower body exercises that improve their muscle strength, balance and flexibility. All program equipment is provided.

    Focus On Kids - Union, Mo

    Description:

    Helps divorced and separated parents learn how to support their children through the divorce process and how to work together in co-parenting their children.  Focus on Kids satisfies the Missouri law that requires parents who are divorcing or filing a motion to modify the original divorce decree, or who have never been married but have filed a child custody case, to attend an educational parenting program.
