    Description:

    Things that will happen at the clinic:
    Breeding soundness exam, booster vaccination and parasite control to make sure the bull is ready for the breeding season. Education on body condition scoring, foot scoring, and genetic testing related to bull management.

    Strategyzer (Session 1 of 2)

    Description:

    Over five million business people use Strategyzer’s proven methods to strategize, innovate, and grow in organizations around the world. You too can learn how in just two days.

    The Strategyzer workshop, previously offered only in Boston, Europe and Australia by world-renowned author Alex Osterwalder, is coming to Columbia, Missouri. Leading this exclusive workshop will be David Bland, a co-author on several of Osterwalder’s books.

    In a highly interactive and engaging format, participants acquire the tools and processes needed for world-class strategy and innovation through case studies such as Bayer, Bosch, Mastercard, and Amazon.

    Attendees learn to manage innovation, detect and prevent disruption, measure progress, business model mechanics, ideation of new business ideas with design thinking, develop value propositions, and more.

    Excel Level 1

    When:  Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019, 1:30 p.m. to Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019, 4:30 p.m.

    Description:

    Learn the practical uses of Microsoft Excel. Participants will be given an overview of Excel and will learn how to build, format, save, and print Excel workbooks. During this training event, participants will learn how to create basic worksheets with text, numbers, formulas, and functions. Learn to utilize ribbons, the help system and other Excel features. Find out how to insert, delete, move, and copy data. Learn how to create and modify charts. Each participant will receive a manual and completion certificate.

    Date: November 5 (Tuesday) and November 7 (Thursday), 1:30pm- 4:30pm both days

    Location: Plaster Hall, MSSU. On the day of the event, yellow signs at the entrances will provide room information. Participants may also find room information in the reminder email sent the day before the event.
