This is an advanced QuickBooks workshop, computer, hands-on learning opportunity for small business owners, office managers, and anyone with financial responsibilities. In this session we’ll deal with some more challenging topics such as: customizing invoices and other documents, customizing of basic QuickBooks reports, designing reports and importing into Microsoft Excel, tracing transactions and transaction history, explanation of accounting and forms, taxes and tax forms (941, etc.), reconciling checkbook, using the “find” feature to find and correct documents quickly, using customization and filtering to save time, and dealing with inventory and point-of-sale entry.

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy,- Advanced (Session 16 of 20)

The goal of the Advanced SSSH program is to increase on the fitness base acquired from SSSH by adding new and more challenging exercises. Advanced SSSH is designed to challenge older adults in new and different ways, to help avoid staleness and plateaus, and to improve activities of daily living. This program features exercises using resistance from body weight, hand weights, and ankle weights. It also features balance exercises, core exercises, low back exercises, and flexibility exercises.
Session topic:
Class members will warm-up, complete 2 sets of a series of 9-10 exercises and then cool down.

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (Session 16 of 20)

Missouri’s Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) program is designed to increase aging adults’ access to a safe, structured, and effective strength training program. Over the 10 weeks, participants learn exercises to improve their strength, flexibility and balance. At each session, a prescribed set of 8 upper and lower body strengthening exercises are done along with warm-up and cool-down stretches. Participants are made to feel comfortable regardless of their current fitness level so they can safely participate and gradually build the strength beneficial to health.
Session topic:
Warm-up, two sets of 8 strength-training exercises and cool-down will occur in this class.

The ten week Stay Strong Stay Healthy course is a moderate intensity, progressive exercise program that includes strength and balance training and is designed to improve muscle strength, dynamic balance, and flexibility.

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is an ten-week strength training program for middle-aged and older adults. The program’s goal is to improve health and quality of life. The class will meet twice a week.
We will incorporate warm-up exercises; simple strengthening exercises, with or without weights; and cool down stretches. Weights are provided for the class. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring water bottle and towel.
