A four-session series that provides people with type 2 diabetes, their family and friends, with tools for the self-management of diabetes. The series focuses on nutrition, the cornerstone of diabetes management, but also reviews other self-management strategies that can help individuals avoid diabetes complications. Food demonstrations and tasting are included.

Taking Care of You, Body Mind and Spirit is an 8 session program. This program will help you learn a healthy way to face challenges that will aid your well-being. You will learn strategies that develop skills to respond thoughtfully to challenges rather than react automatically.
