4-H Council Development (Session 5 of 5)

Description:

The St. Charles County 4-H Council meets five times each year on the last Wednesday in January, March, May, August, and October. The Council sets policy for the 4-H program and oversees the Council budget and expenditures of the Council. The 4-H Specialist helps to prepare Council meeting agendas in consultation with the 4-H Council President and provides information to the Council to help them conduct 4-H business.
