Boone County Related Agencies Association meets the first Tuesday of the month from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Lenoir Community Center. For more information, call Anita Kiesling-Caver at 443-2204.

Columbia Family Support is a support and informational group for parents of children with emotional or behavioral disorders. For more information call Bob Fry at 474-0874 or 884-1180.

DSA (Down Syndrome Association of Mid-Missouri) has meetings and special events throughout the year. For more information, call Eric Remelius at 449-3149.

Depressive and Manic Depressive Support Group has Rap Sessions every Friday from 1:30 - 3 p.m. at Services for Independent Living. For more information, call 874-1646.

Foster/Adoptive Parents of Mid-Missouri meets the first and third Tuesday of each month from 7-8:30 p.m. at Boone County Community and Family Support Center, 1209 E. Walnut. Call Ed and Selma Shelton for information at 657-9656.

Epilepsy Support Group meets the first Thursday of each month at Services for Independent Living from 7-8 p.m. Call SIL for information at 874-1646.

Family Support & Respite Coalition of Missouri meets quarterly generally in Columbia. For more information, call Robyn Kaufman at 874-1995.

LDA (Learning Disabilities Association) meets the second Monday of the month, at 7 p.m. at Mill Creek Elementary School, in the Media Center. For more information, call Sharon Bussard at 443-3277.

MDRC (Missouri Disability Rights Coalition) meets the fourth Thursday of the month, from 4-6 p.m. at the Pasta Factory. For more information, call Ronnie Kitchen at 874-1646.

People First, a self advocacy group, meets the second Thursday of the month, from 6-8 p.m. at the Boone County Community and Family Support Center, 1209 East Walnut. Spinal Cord Injury Support Group meets the third Saturday of the month, from 2-4 p.m. at Rusk. For more information, call Ernesto at Services for Independent Living at 874-1646.

Support Group for Parents of Students on the Autism Spectrum sponsored by Columbia Public Schools meets the last Monday of the month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Russell Elementary. Childcare is available. For more information, contact Julie A. Donnelly, Ph.D. or Karen Potter at 886-4942.

Women’s Support Group meets every Monday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Services for Independent Living at 874-1646.
