June 11 & 14:  We painted our garden signs twice, thus the two different sections of "painting" photos.  A busy day - much was accomplished.  Unfortunately, something has run off with our Killdeer babies.  One family was out at the garden Sunday and saw the hatched little ones.  Today, nothing was left at the nest, not even the broken egg shells.  A great disappointment!  The parents of the chicks were around today still "pretending" to scare us off, but there was no reason for them to scare us.

Jennifer gave a program on nutritious snacks from the garden.

Everyone is putting forth great effort.  We should have a beautiful, productive site.  Jackie
