The Adair County 4-H Shooting Sports Program is a tightly-run ship under the direction of Mr. Robert Magruder, County Coordinator. Mr. Magruder is a member of the Missouri 4-H Shooting Sports Advisory Council, and spends countless hours training other volunteer leaders all over the state in the various disciplines. All volunteer leaders wishing to become involved in the shooting sports program must complete certification training and stay active in the program to remain certified. 4-H members wishing to enroll in a shooting sports project must have completed a hunter education course from the Missouri Department of Conservation or have completed the 4-H Shooting Sports Safety project.
