Spring 2014

Handshakes and hugs

Warm greetings from University of Missouri Extension.

A sure sign of spring is inviting you to Retiree and Friends meetings in April and May. Please consider this letter your V.I.P. invitation to any (or all!) of the meetings around the state. We’ll celebrate the centennial of extension at each event.

Spring meeting dates: (meeting details below)

April 9 — Nevada
April 10 — Springfield
April 18 — Sedalia
April 23 — Jackson
April 24 — St. Charles
May 1 — Columbia
May 7 — Gallatin

Please review the list of meetings and pencil in the date(s) that work in your schedule. Don’t forget to RSVP. These meetings are to thank you for your important role in extension’s success and to share the energy going into the next 100 years of improving people’s lives. We’ll have good news about MU Extension to share, too.

I want to thank the meeting coordinators: Don Boesch, Jay Chism, Leonard Ernsbarger, Owen Fox, Bryan Pfifer, Bud Reber and Bob Teegarden.

We look forward to seeing you and your guests. And, as always, go Tigers!

Cynthia Crawford
Director of Donor Education
