Templates have been created to assist with the program development process.  These templates are to be downloaded (depending on the type of printer and word processing system used, some formatting may be required, i.e., page breaks, tabs, etc.).

DOWNLOAD   INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click on the highlighted text description of the document you wish to use.

2. A window will appear, with options for transferring the file.   Choose "Save to Disk."

3. At the resulting window, choose the folder and/or directory in which you'd like to save the file.  Note the path and filename (example:  c:\mydocuments\inventory.rtf) for when you want to open it later in your word processor.  (Depending on the type of printer and word processing system used, some formatting may be required, i.e., page breaks, tabs, etc.)
