Home food preservation is an ancient craft, however it’s important to stay up-to-date so that the food you preserve is safe. Plan to attend this workshop series to learn the latest and safest ways to preserve foods. Sign up for just one, two, or all 3 sessions!
Each session will include: Detailed research-based information, demonstrations of the preservation methods and opportunities for hands-on practice. There will be recipes to take home and time for answering food preservation questions.
