Building agency partnerships happens at the local level. Making the FNEP program visible and well known in the community is the stepping stone to building agency partnerships on an on-going basis. Serving on committees that involve other agencies that are desired partners is a way of making contacts. Much networking happens informally, leading to positive partnerships. Another way of building partnerships is marketing.
