SOAR Award
(Service Over and Above Requirements)

This is a group that possesses many strengths, knowledge and abilities that make them effective leaders in respective communities.  They are not only dedicated to the 4-H LIFE program, but they are dedicated to family, friends, and co-workers.  Their unfailing commitment to the program and the offenders they serve inspires others to continually look for ways to improve and enhance the broad spectrum of the correctional system.

For demonstrating dedication, outstanding service and volunteerism in the pursuit of improving communities and changing lives, it is the honor of W.E.R.D.C.C. to bestow this award to

4-H LIFE

The dedication of our Volunteers in Corrections is both admirable and inspiring. These individuals are to be recognized and applauded for their commitment to make a difference in the lives of offenders and for the positive impact they have on our communities.
